Navigate from job to job by utilizing the built in maps function then send that information to your client so they can see where your guy or gal is on the map with an estimate of the time of arrival - just like Uber.

Flobot app sends all the field data back to the office so you can see where all your field teams are and what they are doing (or not!) at any time.

Job checklists

A tickable electronic sheet that ensures every area specified has been seen to. Configurable in FLobot and if you have a very long and complicated one you can export it from Zoho forms.

Signatures

Attach your 3rd party apps, pdfs, certificates to the job sheet and then get the all important signature for the office so they can bill straight away - or create an invoice in the field.

Take pictures

Take pictures of the before, during and after the cleaning has been done. Then export them to social media.

Scheduling your engineers

Seeing where your jobs are and being able to share that information with the engineers and the clients is golden. Fully automated engineer scheduling and dispatch

Our very latest feature is semi and fully automated scheduling. It is an advanced module that allows you to dramatically reduce your admin overhead by automating the diary and scheduling process. Now Flobot can help diagnose the issue your client has and allow the client to choose a time-slot for an engineer to visit - and then dispatch them automatically. This works well with domestic clients but even better for your commercial clients. Now they can book an engineer for repair, maintenance or installation 24 hours a day via PC, laptop or the Flobot client app. Wow! Think of the possibilities for customer satisfaction here. And the cost savings! Amazing! (Well we're amazed anyway!)

Uber style visuals for your client

Just like Uber you can now allow your customer to see where your engineer is on a map and give them an estimated to time arrive. We call it Field Team Geo-location. Of course, you don't have to let them have this information but it will most likely save a call into the office and a call from the office to the engineer to explain where they are. And really empowering your customers with the information they need makes your client service look great - and saves you actually having to speak to them. That in itself can save a lot of time, especially if you have a lot of engineers and a lot of customers.
