Flobot allows you to have multiple schedules, teams or combined schedules and make a fast access link to them on the navigation bar.
For example, you might have a display for all your estimators, another for all your maintenance teams and another for your installation teams.
To set this up firstly make sure that you have set-up the teams you want and identified the roles of each member of those teams. Got to this screen (if you have Flobot account of course) Field resources and find all your field teams members (FTMs).
Next set them up as an engineer, an estimator or both and assign them to a team.
Now to make a nice drop-down tab so you can access it from the top Navigation bar just go to the Navigation Settings and add a sub-menu under the 'Schedules' or 'Calendars' tab so you can enter the codes. (don't forget to hit the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page when you've finished.
So now you are almost there. Obviously the wording will change if you call you teams something else but you get the idea. To filer by team or role just change the code and enter it into a box:
If you want to filter and create a schedule tab by Field Team Member (FTM) Type use following :
Engineer needs the code https://www.myflobot.com/appointments/view-schedule-calendar.asp?type=Engineer
Engineer and Estimator needs the code https://www.myflobot.com/appointments/view-schedule-calendar.asp?type=Engineer%20and%20Estimator
Estimator needs the code https://www.myflobot.com/appointments/view-schedule-calendar.asp?type=Estimator and so on. If you get stuck obviously contact support.
If you want to filter and create a schedule tab by Field Team Member (FTM) Group
Maintenance needs the code https://www.myflobot.com/appointments/view-schedule-calendar.asp?group=MaintenanceIf you want to filter and create a schedule tab by Field Team Member (FTM) Team (that setting can be found here Team Navigation
Then it might look something like this https://www.myflobot.com/appointments/view-schedule-calendar.asp?team=Gas assuming you had a team called 'Gas' of course.
Finally, you may want to display the schedule or calendar of a single Field Team Member. Perhaps an important installer or an estimator, maybe it's the boss. Maybe they are all important and you want to list them all individually and see their schedule instantly with a nice short cut. Whatever it is here is how to do that.>
So every FTM has a unique ID number and you will find it here and it looks like the above. Simply put the code in for their unique identifier. Example: https://www.myflobot.com/appointments/view-schedule-calendar.asp?ftm_id=39 and if you just want that engineer to appear with the estimators and engineers for scheduling then just add this on the end https://www.myflobot.com/appointments/view-schedule-calendar.asp?ftm_id=39&type=Engineer%20and%20Estimator. Simples!
